Lee Je-hoon and Park Eun-bin will host the opening ceremony of this year's Busan International Film Festival to be held in the southern port city in October.
It will mark a reunion for Lee and Park, who appeared together in a TV series in 2014.
Lee is establishing a presence as a multi-faceted actor, expanding his scope of acting by appearing in various genres.
Park started acting when she was a young child, but achieved a breakthrough in 2021 for her role in "The King's Affection," followed by another hit TV series "Extraordinary Attorney Woo."
Marking its 28th year, the festival starts its 10-day run on Oct. 4. About 350 films from 71 countries will be screened.
