V, a member of Bangtan Boys, also known as BTS, recently offered his thoughts about his debut solo album ahead of its release last Friday.

He said making the album was like taking a journey in search of himself, adding that his goal for the album was to spotlight the things he personally likes the most and does the best.

"Layout," which contains six songs including a bonus track, sold 1.67 million copies on just the first day of its release.
