Tie-dye, with its memories of beach holidays in the now impossibly distant past when Koreans could travel abroad, has been one of the biggest fashion trends among the stars since last year.

Nothing is easier than to create it -- simply twist, scrunch or otherwise fold a piece of fabric or garment, tie it with rubber bands, and squirt it with vegetable dye to taste.
