There's something compelling that keeps us watching celebrities strut down the red carpet and checking out the best dressed. They select their preferred colors in line with the styles that suit them best, but few colors rock the red carpet like red itself.

Actress Lee Da-hee attended the annual Golden Disc Awards in Seoul in January this year dressed in a floor-length red evening gown. She wore a black wide belt with a crystal buckle over the gown, which provided a perfect accent to the outfit. Lee also glammed up her makeup with red lips, capturing the spotlight with her sensual beauty.

Actress Kim So-hyun wore a red one-shoulder satin dress with a bow detail at KBS' year-end drama awards in Seoul in December last year. At the same event, actress Kim Ha-kyung also went for a red color, appearing in an off-the-shoulder dress. They both chose shoes in the same color as their outfits for a monochrome look.

For a similar awards ceremony on MBC last year, actress Lim Ji-yeon wore a red tube-top dress, flattering her slender figure. Earlier in September the same year, actress Nam Bo-ra appeared in a tux-inspired, somewhat unusual dress in red at a music awards in Seoul, creating a unique look.
