Former Nmixx member Jini made her solo debut on Wednesday with a showcase in Seoul for her first album "An Iron Hand in a Velvet Glove." 

She left the group and terminated her contract with JYP Entertainment in December last year. At the time, JYP declined to elaborate, saying her departure was due to "personal reasons," and Jini also remained silent on the matter.

In April this year she signed a new contract with a different agency and announced her return as a solo singer.

She expressed her excitement about the album's release saying, "Even just standing on this stage right now makes me very nervous."
